Terms of Service

By booking a session with A.H Studio, you agree to our booking, payment, and delivery terms, including the 30% advance payment required to secure your date and the remaining balance due prior to final gallery delivery.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled shoot may forfeit the advance payment. Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.

All raw and edited imagery remains the intellectual property of A.H Studio and may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a privacy addendum is signed.
